Mi experiencia de compra en ASOS.

En septiembre tengo una boda al medio día y quería aprovechar las rebajas para comprarme el vestido pero ninguno de las tiendas físicas se ajustaba a lo que estaba buscando: que no fuera negro (ni blanco por supuesto), elegante, corto, sin lentejuelas, de corte recto y con un precio medio de 35€.
I have a wedding in September at noon and I wanted going to the sales to buy the dress, but I didn't find what I was looking for in common shops: not black (or white, of course), elegant, short, no sequins, straight cut and a price about 35 €.

Soy de las que prefiere ir a la tienda, mirar, tocar la prenda y convencerme de cómo me queda antes de pagar nada. Viendo que se me agotaban las opciones me metí en ASOS, nunca había comprado antes aunque sí había echado algún ojo, vi unas 60 páginas de vestidos (sin filtros y a lo loco) e hice una pre-selección de 14. Al final me decidí por este de la firma Lovestruck.
I am of those who prefer to go to the shop, look, touch the clothe and convince me how I look before paying anything. Seeing that I haven't more options I got in ASOS, I've never bought before although it had taken a look, I saw about 60 pages of dresses and made a pre-selection of 14. In the end I decided on this, from Lovestruck brand.

Pedido/ Order.

Yo, como algunos sabéis, estoy viviendo en Liverpool por lo que la compra la he realizado en ASOS UK pero supongo que no hay muchas diferencias con la web española. 

As some of you knows, I'm living in Liverpool so I made the purchase on ASOS UK but I guess there are not many differences with the Spanish web.

En tu primera compra en España te regalan 10€ de descuento al registrarte, aquí tienes el primer envío disponible para que te llegue al día siguiente sin coste. Yo hice mi pedido sobre las 18.00 de la tarde y a las 08.30 de la mañana del día siguiente lo tenía en mi casa, habiéndome informado en todo momento a través de sms dónde se encontraba mi paquete: salida del almacén, en trayecto, y finalmente un período de una hora en el que llegaba. 

On your first purchase in Spain they give you € 10 off when registering, here's the first shipment arrives available for you free of charge the next day. I asked my order around 18.00 pm and 08.30 am on the next day it was in my house, having been informed at all times by sms where was my parcel: removal from warehouse, in way, and finally a period of one hour in coming.

Devolución/ Refund. 

Había pedido dos vestidos para decidir con cuál me quedaba, así además os puedo contar cómo van las devoluciones ;)

I have asked for two dresses, in order to decide which I want and to tell you how to do a refund ;)

La devolución es gratuita. Con el pedido te envían una factura y una pegatina con la dirección del almacén, en la factura tienes que seleccionar si quieres un cambio o que te devuelvan el dinero, escribes el importe de lo que has comprado y eliges un motivo de devolución. Aquí en Inglaterra tienes que llevar lo que quieres devolver a la oficina de Correos o a Collect. 

Return shipping is free. With the order they send you a bill and a sticker with the address of the warehouse, on the bill you have to select if you want a change or get a refund, write the amount of what you bought and decide on a reason for return. Here, in England, you have to bring what you want to give back to the post office or Collect.

A mí me resultó muy raro porque el Collect de mi barrio es una tienda en la que venden patatas fritas, refrescos y tabaco por lo que tenía poca pinta de hacer envíos y de que ASOS pudiera trabajar con ellos. 

To me it was very strange because the Collect of my neighborhood is a shop that sells chips, soft drinks and snuff so it didn't look like a shop that ASOS could work with.

Aún así, para tranquilizarme un poco y porque es necesario, me dieron un ticket y a esperar. El paquete tardó en llegar de vuelta a ASOS aproximadamente una semana, aunque también tengo que reconocer que ya te lo avisan previamente. Cuando les llega te mandan un correo y en un día laborable te ingresan el dinero. 

Even so, to calm me a bit and because is required, I got a ticket and I had to wait. The parcel came back to ASOS about in a week, although I have to admit that I already knew that. When the parcel arrive, you get an email and on a workday they give you the money.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva, en ASOS las prendas son de calidad y hay variedad de firmas y productos. Desde aquí os quiero animar a las que no os fiáis de las compras online a que le deis al menos una oportunidad. 

My experience has been very pnice, in ASOS clothing has quality value and variety of brands and products. From here I want to encourage you to online shopping, or at least give it a chance.
